The event served as a victory party following its outstanding performance at the 2026 Cagayan Provincial Athletic Association (CPAA) Meet held on January 9-10, 2026 in Camalaniugan, Cagayan. With the provincial theme, “Celebrating Excellence through Unity in Sports,” the meet marked another milestone as Amulung secured its 4-PEAT Championship title.

Photos capture the proud smiles of athletes, the heartfelt recognition of coaches and trainers, and the strong support of school leaders and municipal officials. Once again, Amulung proved its dominance, earning the prestigious Overall Grand Champion title and strengthening its reputation as a powerhouse in provincial sports.

Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 023, s. 2026, titled “Guidelines and Schedule of the Conduct of Elections and Appointments for Learner Government for the School Year 2026-2027,” and in accordance with DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2022 (Child Rights Policy), Bayabat National High School successfully conducted the School-Based Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Elections on February 6, 2026.

The activity formed part of the Department of Education’s continuing efforts to strengthen student governance, uphold learners’ right to participation, and promote youth involvement in school and civic affairs. The electoral process was implemented within the prescribed schedule and observed established guidelines to ensure a fair, orderly, and credible exercise of student suffrage.

Through this democratic undertaking, learners selected their duly elected representatives who will serve as partners of the school administration in advancing student welfare, learner-centered programs, and institutional initiatives for School Year 2026-2027.

This exercise reaffirms the value of participatory governance within the school community, cultivating accountability, representation, and leadership among learners while preparing them to become active contributors to democratic processes beyond the classroom.

Bukas, ika-6 ng Pebrero 2026, haharap tayo sa isang matalinghagang bugtong. Simple ang anyo pero kumplikado ang sagot. Kanino natin ipagkakatiwala ang ating mga boto?

Kaibigan, bago ka bumoto, bugtong-bugtong muna tayo: Sino ang nakikinig sa boses ng nakararami kahit walang mikropono? Sino kaya ang may aksyon kahit tapos na ang eleksyon? Sino kaya ang may malinaw na prinsipyo at paninindigan? Sino kaya ang may malinaw na plataporma at handang isakatuparan ang mga programa, proyekto at aktibidades para sa kanyang nasasakupan? Sino-sino kaya sila?

Sa araw ng halalan, piliin ang lider na may paninindigan sa tama, klaro ang plano, may malasakit sa nakararami, at handang magsilbi nang tapat at walang kinikilingan. Piliin ang lider na may integridad, abilidad, at serbisyong may kalidad.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘-𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 (𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚) 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟

The printer procured under Project E.Q.U.I.P has been successfully installed and fully set up. Students of Bayabat National High School may now access Project Free-nting (Free Printing) Service for Students by visiting the Computer Laboratory during designated hours.

To ensure order, accountability, and equitable access, the following Terms and Conditions shall be strictly observed:

a) Any learner who intends to access Project Free-nting (Free Printing) Service for Students shall first inform and secure permission from the SSLG Adviser, Mr. Jeremiah I. Medrano, or from any duly authorized SSLG Officer who shall provide assistance and supervision during the printing process;

b) The printer supports Wi-Fi connectivity, and access to the network password shall be granted only after the learner has secured the required permission; in cases where wireless printing is not feasible, wired connectivity shall be made available for printing purposes;

c) Prior to printing, the learner shall be required to accurately and completely fill out the official Project Free-nting Logbook;

d) The Project Free-nting Logbook shall serve as the official record of all printing transactions, usage, and monitoring activities, and all entries made therein shall be truthful, complete, and subject to verification for purposes of transparency and accountability;

e) Project Free-nting (Free Printing) Service for Students is intended solely for academic and school-related documents, including but not limited to research papers, worksheets, modules, performance tasks, and similar requirements, and shall not be used for personal, commercial, or non-academic purposes;

f) Learners shall not be restricted to a specific number of pages, provided that printing requests remain reasonable, responsible, and consistent with the objectives of the project;

g) Any misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms and conditions may result in the suspension or revocation of printing privileges, subject to SSLG and existing school policies.

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government expresses its pride in every learner who continues to strive despite academic and financial challenges. With the accessibility of this service, students are provided with support that helps lessen academic burdens and encourages focus on learning. This stands as part of the enduring legacy of the present SSLG administration, grounded in service, inclusivity, and student welfare.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗢. 𝟬𝟬𝟭, 𝗦. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | A RESOLUTION LAUNCHING PROJECT FREE-NTING (FREE PRINTING) SERVICE FOR STUDENTS OF BAYABAT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

WHEREAS, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Bayabat National High School successfully implemented Project E.Q.U.I.P (Empowering Quick Utilization of Inclusive Printer for Students) through the procurement of a printer intended for student academic support;

WHEREAS, many learners continue to face financial constraints in printing academic outputs such as research papers, worksheets, modules, performance tasks, and other school-related documents;

WHEREAS, access to free and inclusive printing services promotes academic equity, timely submission of requirements, and improved learner performance;

WHEREAS, the SSLG recognizes the need to operationalize the procured printer by formally launching a structured and regulated student printing assistance initiative;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly made and seconded, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Supreme Secondary Learner Government of Bayabat National High School hereby launches and implements Project Free-nting (Free Printing Service) for students, providing free printing services exclusively for academic and school-related outputs, administered and monitored by the SSLG to ensure proper use, accountability, and equitable access, with guidelines on scheduling, document limits, and prioritization to be issued in coordination with the School Administration;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the Office of the School Principal, Teachers, Classroom Advisers, and concerned stakeholders for their information, guidance, and appropriate action.
