The printer procured under Project E.Q.U.I.P has been successfully installed and fully set up. Students of Bayabat National High School may now access Project Free-nting (Free Printing) Service for Students by visiting the Computer Laboratory during designated hours.
To ensure order, accountability, and equitable access, the following Terms and Conditions shall be strictly observed:
a) Any learner who intends to access Project Free-nting (Free Printing) Service for Students shall first inform and secure permission from the SSLG Adviser, Mr. Jeremiah I. Medrano, or from any duly authorized SSLG Officer who shall provide assistance and supervision during the printing process;
b) The printer supports Wi-Fi connectivity, and access to the network password shall be granted only after the learner has secured the required permission; in cases where wireless printing is not feasible, wired connectivity shall be made available for printing purposes;
c) Prior to printing, the learner shall be required to accurately and completely fill out the official Project Free-nting Logbook;
d) The Project Free-nting Logbook shall serve as the official record of all printing transactions, usage, and monitoring activities, and all entries made therein shall be truthful, complete, and subject to verification for purposes of transparency and accountability;
e) Project Free-nting (Free Printing) Service for Students is intended solely for academic and school-related documents, including but not limited to research papers, worksheets, modules, performance tasks, and similar requirements, and shall not be used for personal, commercial, or non-academic purposes;
f) Learners shall not be restricted to a specific number of pages, provided that printing requests remain reasonable, responsible, and consistent with the objectives of the project;
g) Any misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms and conditions may result in the suspension or revocation of printing privileges, subject to SSLG and existing school policies.
