The Local Government Unit of Aloran participated in the Training-Workshop on the DBM-DILG-NYC Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) No. 1, s. 2025, held at Limketkai Luxe Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

Representing the Municipality of Aloran were Municipal Administrator Lenard "Cho" N. Regalado, SK Federation President Hon. Aldre Lagapa, and the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials from the different barangays of Aloran.

The training-workshop focused on the updated guidelines on the appropriation, release, planning, and budgeting process for the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Funds, equipping participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure the proper utilization, transparent management, and accountable implementation of SK funds in accordance with the provisions of the Joint Memorandum Circular.

The activity underscores the commitment of the LGU Aloran to empower the youth through responsive leadership, sound fiscal management, and strengthened local governance. By investing in the capacity-building of SK officials, the municipality continues to promote programs and initiatives that advance youth participation and community development.

Together, we build a stronger, more accountable, and youth-empowered Aloran.
