Good day everyone !

The Sangguniang Bayan carries the vital duty and responsibility of legislating measures through resolutions and ordinances that promote the welfare and development of our community.
Today, we have gathered here with a clear purposeโ€” to present the proposed ordinances of the Sangguniang Bayan for this public hearing. This process is not merely a formality, but an essential step in ensuring transparency,inclusivity, and good governance.
And these measures have been carefully crafted to promote the general welfare, strengthen public service delivery, and ensure inclusive and sustainable development within our community.
We believe that the voice of the people matters. Through this public hearing, we aim to inform, raise awareness, and most importantly, invite your participation in the discussion and refinement of these proposed measures. Your insights, suggestions, and concerns will help shape ordinances that truly reflect the needs and aspirations of our constituents.
The ALFECHE-ALONSABE Administration with the help and support of the elected officials will carry out a good and exemplary
Performance in Public Service especially to the least,lost and last brothers and sisters in our community.
