📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: APPROVAL OF THE I-SERVE CONTINUOUS CLEAN-UP DRIVE PROJECT

Warm greetings, I-SERVE Volunteers!

We are pleased to announce that the MCNP–ISAP I-SERVE Continuous Clean-Up Drive Project has been officially approved! 🎉

Attached is the list of student volunteers assigned to lead and participate in the clean-up drive for the months of October and November 2026. Kindly check your names, assigned schedules, and designated areas.

Please be guided by the following implementation schedules:

🗓️ OCTOBER VOLUNTEERS

Start Date: Monday, October 26, 2026

End Date: November 26, 2026

🗓️ NOVEMBER VOLUNTEERS

Start Date: November 3, 2026

End Date: December 3, 2026

All assigned volunteers are expected to fulfill their responsibilities, coordinate with the designated officers, and actively participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy campus environment.

Let us continue to demonstrate our commitment to volunteerism, teamwork, environmental responsibility, and selfless service through meaningful action.

Words cannot fully express the depth of our grief as we bid farewell to a pillar of our community. Our advisor, mentor, and leader is now resting peacefully in the loving hands of the Lord.

You embodied the true essence of volunteerism, teaching us that genuine leadership is rooted in selflessness, compassion, humility, and a sincere commitment to serve others.

In molding and shaping IServe, you did more than build an organization—you built a family, a home, and a community bound by a shared passion for service. Through your guidance, you inspired countless hearts to serve with purpose and to make a difference in the lives of others.

We would like to inform everyone that the official start date of the Continuous Clean-Up Drive for October 2026 is still subject to the approval of our Higher Administration.

We understand that everyone is excited and preparing for the activity. However, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we wait for the final approval.

📌 The official schedule and starting date will be announced immediately once approval has been secured.

For now, please wait for further announcements and refrain from proceeding with the clean-up activity until the official schedule has been released.

HELLO, I-SERVE MEMBERS! 💚

As of September 30, 2026, we are happy to announce that we have 507 volunteers who have registered for our Continuous Clean-Up Drive! 🧹🌿

We truly appreciate your willingness to volunteer and be part of this initiative. Your participation shows our commitment to service, community, and responsibility. 💚

We know that we have already announced the schedule per department. However, to ensure that the participation is balanced, fair, and manageable, we have decided to divide the total number of registered volunteers across the months of the program.

Below is the final result of the registration, including the expected number of participants for each month from October 2026 to April 2027.

We will also provide the list of members scheduled to participate for October 2026.

📌 Please check the list carefully.

For those who are scheduled in October, please make sure to be available on your assigned date and time and coordinate with your respective Officer-in-Charge (OIC) for further instructions.

‎Note: An official memorandum has been issued requesting the excusal of participating I-SERVE members from their scheduled classes during the activity. Participants are expected to coordinate with their instructors regarding any missed academic requirements.
