On November 23, 2024, the Alfonso La Prairie Lions Club successfully held a Medical Mission in Brgy. Bangin, Agoncillo, Batangas, assisting 64 beneficiaries affected by the back-to-back onslaught of Typhoon Kristine and Leon. Lion members, alongside dedicated medical volunteers, provided free medical consultations, distributed medicines, and ensured everyone received care with food and water.

A heartfelt thank you to our volunteers and partners for making this mission possible! Together, we continue to serve with compassion and purpose.

Alfonso La Prairie Lions Club Regular Monthly Meeting
(November 15, 2024)

On November 15, 2024, members of Alfonso La Prairie Lions Club gathered to discuss important updates, including its membership and plans for their projects and activities. Preparation for the upcoming Medical Mission in Agoncillo, Batangas are also underway, ensuring that the club continues to serve with purpose.

In April 20-21, 2024, a heartfelt journey of service unfolded as Alfonso La Prairie Lions Club embarked on a mission of compassion at Brgy. Ayuti, Lucban, Quezon.

The club received a gracious invitation from Mr. Richard "Kuyang Kardo" Sanchez to collaborate in facilitating a much-needed medical mission, supported by the unwavering dedication of Brgy. Ayuti's Sangguniang Barangay Council along with it's Sangguniang Kabataan Officers, BHWs, BNS and Brgy. Tanods.

The club mobilized a dedicated team of 10 Lion members, 3 medical doctors, a pharmasist and 7 volunteers to offer aid and comfort to those in need.

As the medical mission unfolded, a total of 181 beneficiaries poured in and was provided with free check-up and consultations by Dra. Noelle Angelene Panganiban, Dra. Ma. Clarissa Panis and Lion Dra. Ma Cecilia Sargento. Prescribed medicines and vitamins were also given to the beneficiaries with the assistance of Ms. Alexandria Dominique Nolasco, RPh, offering a ray of hope to those facing health challenges.

The entire team of volunteers also ensured that beneficiaries were attended to with care, providing them with food and water while waiting in line.
