Ribbon meaning in the context of our organizational culture is the idea that everyone should be working together as a team towards a common goal. The ribbon, or ribbon of unity, is a visual representation of this idea, which suggests that everyone should be unified and working together towards a shared purpose. It is often used to symbolize that everyone in the organization is connected and that each person’s contribution is important, regardless of rank or title.
Color of Gold
In our organization, gold can be used to symbolize excellence, success, and reward. Gold is often used to recognize those who have achieved a certain level of excellence or success in a particular humanitarian services, or to reward everyone for their hard work and dedication to the voluntarism. Gold can also be used to signify a highlands upland fam status and prestige, or to denote a high level of quality and professionalism.
Wings
In our organization, wings refer to different departments or teams that have specific tasks and responsibilities. They are often used to help a CCTVi become more organized, efficient, and productive. Wings are typically based on the type of services that needs to be done, such as alalayang agila , talakayang agila , finance, executives, triple ddd ,membership commitee ,comelec, community services , sports and all department of our highland upland clubs.. Each wing is headed by a member chairman of our CCRVI who is responsible for the success of our highland's upland family.
Long Wings is a term used in organizational development to describe an organization that has multiple, long-term goals and objectives. The idea is that the organization is looking ahead to the future and planning for the long term, rather than focusing on short-term goals. The concept is that an organization with long wings can remain agile and adaptable to changing circumstances, while still staying focused on its long-term objectives.

The eight rays of the sun in the Philippine flag are said to represent the eight provinces that first declared independence from Spanish rule in 1896. In an organizational context, the eight rays of the sun can be seen as representing the diverse backgrounds and cultures of the Filipino people, and the strength that comes from working together in unity towards a common goal that we adopt.
