GREAT NEWS FOR HOUSING STAKEHOLDERS. welcomes as another great news during the Holiday Season the Bureau of Internal Revenue's (BIR) issuance of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 048-2025 that simplifies the application for tax exemptions for socialized and economic housing projects.
Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling branded the order as a huge boost to the continuing nationwide rollout of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program as it will further motivate the private sector to produce more socialized housing which are covered by lower interest rates under the flagship program.
