Our youth team, led by Team Captain Prince Alan Desponte from Barangay Alegria Sur, is proudly competing in the Inter-Barangay Basketball League in Barangay Bonbon, Loay.

We will be playing our 2nd game this evening, December 2, 2025, at 7:00 PM as the first game of the night.

We are inviting everyone to come, support, and cheer for our team. Your presence and encouragement mean a lot to us. See you at the court!

What a night to remember!
From the graceful moves in the Folk Dance Competition, the powerful voices in the Vocal Duet, to the thrilling action in the Volleyball games—last night’s activities truly showcased the talents, teamwork, and unity of our youth.

The Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 has officially wrapped up, and it was nothing short of successful! This wouldn’t have been possible without the cooperation, support, and participation of everyone.

We, the SK officials of Barangay Alegria Sur, are beyond grateful from the bottom of our hearts. May this spirit of unity and camaraderie live on, and may this not be the end but the beginning of many more exciting activities to come!

This morning, our youth came together with one goal—to protect and preserve our coastal areas.

Through the Coastal Clean-Up Activity, we were able to show not only unity but also responsibility in caring for our environment. Truly, small actions create a big impact!

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

We, the SK Officials of Barangay Alegria Sur, would like to sincerely apologize to everyone, especially our youth participants, for the sudden change in our Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 schedule.

Due to the unfavorable weather, the Opening Program originally scheduled on Friday, September 26, 2025 will now be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 8:00 AM. This decision was not easy, knowing how much you’ve all been looking forward to the event, but your safety will always be our top priority.

With this adjustment, our Basketball Games originally planned for Friday will also be moved to Saturday at 3:00 PM, right after our fun Larong Pinoy activities. Expect an exciting afternoon of 4 consecutive games, showcasing teamwork, energy, and the spirit of sportsmanship!

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to still see your enthusiasm as we celebrate, empower, and enjoy this special week dedicated to the youth of our barangay. 💚✨

✨ Successful Event for our Youth! ✨

Earlier today, the SK officials of Alegria Sur proudly held the Healthy Young Ones Symposium, followed by the distribution of school supplies to our dear students from Grade 7 to Grade 12. 🎒📚

We are beyond grateful to our inspiring guest speakers — Ma. Lenie Peligro, RN, Jullie Ann Quinga, RM, and Gaiza Marie Cloma, RM — for sharing their time, wisdom, and fruitful discussions on how to live healthier and more empowered lives as young individuals. 💙 Their talks truly opened our minds and hearts toward better choices for our future. 🌱✨

A big thank you as well to the youth who actively participated, and to everyone who supported and made this activity possible. Together, we are building a stronger, healthier, and brighter community! 🙌💛
