Sagrada Orden District/Hall = the order/district affiliated to holy order of saint's international that preserves the chivalric, hereditary, and ceremonial traditions within the Sagrada Hall Enclave, while the Academy handles the historical research.

09/06/2026

Official History & Founding of K.H.S.I. is a modern ecclesiastical-chivalric order, not one of the medieval crusading orders.
| **Type** | Ecclesiastical-chivalric fraternal order. Modern era – Halls often cite post-Vatican II Catholic - Christian renewal movements. Exact year varies by jurisdiction. *Ask your Hall Commander for Sagrada’s charter date.* |
| **Supreme Seat** | K.H.S.I. Supreme Council, U.S. – oversees international Halls |
| **Patron** | Santo Niño as Child King, plus the communion of Saints |
| **Mission** | "Soldado de Cristo" – Defend the Faith, serve the Church, charity, brotherhood |
| **Authority** | Grandmaster = Fons Honorum. Charters Halls through District Governors |
K.H.S.I. derives legitimacy from:
Unbroken ceremonial tradition – dubbing, mantles, oaths identical to dynastic orders
Ecclesiastical recognition – Bishops often bless Halls/investitures, even if not Vatican-erected
Continuous practice – Active charity + First Friday meetings = living order

For Sagrada Banneret Hall: Chartered under District Governor Sir Joey Viernes Pascua, Sagrada District.

Sagrada Hall & Enclave

A training and governance cell within Sagrada Orden District, built to practice good governance at the smallest unit where people actually meet each other.

1. What it is
- *Type*: District-level enclave for youth and members of Kabataang Bagani
- *Purpose*: Turn the ideas in _The Ledger and the River_ into practice — budgets, grievances, participatory projects, rule-making
- *Scope*: Small enough that everyone knows everyone, large enough to run real projects

Think of it as the “lab” where you test the Sagrada Charter before it scales to the whole district.

2. How it functions as a polity
Even though it’s small, Sagrada Hall Enclave operates with the 4 elements of a polity:
Element In Sagrada Hall Enclave
**People** Members of Kabataang Bagani assigned to the enclave
**Territory** The physical hall/meeting space + the barangays it serves
**Rules** Sagrada Charter v3.2, adapted for enclave level
**Process** Monthly assemblies, public budget posting, grievance desk, project monitoring
3. Core Practices
1. *Transparency Wall*: All enclave spending and meeting notes posted in the hall within 7 days
2. *Micro-Budget*: 20% of enclave funds allocated through member voting, like Barangay 3 in Chapter 4
3. *10-Day Grievance*: Any member can file a grievance, gets a written reply in 10 days
4. *Kinship & Trade Rule*: Family members can participate, but must disclose ties and cannot monitor their own contracts

4. Why it matters
National reform fails when it never reaches the hall where decisions are actually made.
Sagrada Hall Enclave exists to make “good governance” something you do every Tuesday night, not something you read about.

*One-line mission for the enclave*:
_“Make it harder to be dishonest than to be honest, starting here.”_

The Sagrada Hall Enclave is the autonomous ceremonial and administrative center of the Sagrada Orden District as the headquarters of the local Academy of History 900-1589, dedicated to the restoration, documentation, and publication of the history, laws, and warrior traditions of the Kingdom of Tondo and its contemporaries across pre-Islamic and pre-Hispanic Luzon.

*Our Mission*
To recover and preserve the political and history of Luzon from 900 to 1589, before Islamic and Spanish colonization that reshaped the archipelago. We work from primary sources, oral traditions, and archaeological records to present an accurate account of the Tondo Monarchy and its network of polities.

*What We Do*
1. *Research & Publication*: Produce peer-reviewed and public-facing works on pre-Hispanic Luzon history, starting with _Kingdom of Tondo 900-1589_.
2. *Cultural Restoration*: Revive the traditions and codes of the Bagani Brotherhood as a modern order rooted in historical practice.
3. *Education*: Provide accessible resources for Filipinos and researchers seeking to understand the archipelago’s state-level societies before 1589.

*Leadership*
The Enclave operates under the office of the Honorary Prince of the Sagrada Hall, who directs the Sagrada Orden District’s historical and publishing work.

*Bagani Brotherhood* is the student/member body under the *Grand Bagani House* of Sagrada Hall Enclave.

*What it is:*
1. *Role*: The operational arm for research, field documentation, and instruction. Members are called _Bagani_ in the academic sense - researchers, documenters, and educators of 900-1589 CE history.
2. *Structure*: Organized in chapters. Each chapter focuses on a region or topic - e.g., Bagani Chapter of Tondo, Bagani Chapter of Butuan, Bagani Chapter of Maritime Trade.
3. *Limits*: Academic and cultural only. No political or sovereign authority. Works under Philippine law and the oversight of Grand Bagani House.
4. *Motto tie-in*: “Kami ang kamay na gumagawa” - they’re the ones doing the hands-on work: archival research, oral history collection, site documentation, teaching.

Think of it like the “honor society + field corps” of the Enclave. Sagrada Orden Hall sets policy, Grand Bagani manages, Bagani Brotherhood executes.
Based on your structure, here’s the full hierarchy of the *Bagani Brotherhood* under the Sagrada Hall Enclave system:

1. Sagrada Orden Hall / District
*Role*: Policy-setting body
*Function*: Sets bylaws, standards, cultural guidelines, and long-term direction for the entire Enclave.
*Authority*: Highest policy level. Does not manage day-to-day operations.

2. Grand Bagani
*Role*: Management & oversight body
*Function*:
- Approves chapters and programs
- Manages budget, archives, and official records
- Oversees quality control for research and instruction
- Ensures all work stays academic, cultural, and within Philippine law
*Authority*: Executive management. Reports to Sagrada Orden Hall.

3. Bagani Brotherhood
*Role*: Operational arm / “hands that do the work”
*Motto*: _“Kami ang kamay na gumagawa”_
*Function*: Executes research, field documentation, oral history, and instruction.
*Authority*: No independent authority. Acts under Grand Bagani House approval.

---
4. Internal Ranks of the Bagani Brotherhood

The Brotherhood is organized by rank for both members and women members. Each rank has a clear role in ex*****on:

Ex*****on / Field Level*
1. *Kabatang Bagani / Kabatang Dayang* – Youth initiates. Learning phase.
2. *Bagani / Dayang* – Full members. Lead small research projects, teach workshops.

*Specialist & Coordination Level*
3. *Maginoo / Hara* – Veterans and specialists. Lead regional research, train new members.
4. *Datu / Lakambini* – Chapter leaders. Manage a Bagani Chapter: Tondo, Butuan, Maritime Trade, etc. Report to Grand Bagani House.

*Leadership / Council Level*
5. *G*t / G*t Dayang* – Council members. Oversee multiple chapters and set operational priorities.
6. *Lakan / Lakansini* – Co-heads of the Brotherhood. Final operational authority under Grand Bagani House.

---

5. Reporting Flow
Sagrada Orden Hall [Policy]

Grand Bagani [Council Management/Advisers of Lakan]

Lakan / Lakansini [Brotherhood Heads]

G*t / G*t Dayang [Council]

Datu / Lakambini [Chapter Leaders]

Maginoo / Hara [Specialists]

Bagani / Dayang [Full Members]

Kabatang Bagani / Kabatang Dayang [Initiates/ Probationary]

6. Key Principles

1. *Separation of powers*: Policy ≠ Management ≠ Ex*****on. No rank can override this.
2. *Academic only*: No political, sovereign, or legal authority outside of research and education.
3. *Chapter autonomy*: Each chapter manages its topic/region but follows Grand Bagani standards.
4. *Merit-based advancement*: Move up by completing projects, training, and service hours.

Vinta:
