Registration Guidelines:

2. Your registration will only be considered official upon verification of your payment and submission of a copy of the Official Receipt (OR) issued by the Abuyog Municipal Treasurer's Office (MTO).
Payment Methods:
A. Direct Payment at the MTO
Kindly proceed to the Abuyog Municipal Treasurer's Office and look for Ms. Mayen.
After payment, send a copy of your Official Receipt to our page or Messenger for verification.
B. GCash Payment Please send your payment to:

After completing the transaction:
Send a screenshot of your transaction receipt to Ms. Jam Garde or our official page.
You must still secure your Official Receipt from the Municipal Treasurer's Office (MTO).
3. Once your registration has been verified, you will be added to the exclusive group chat (GC) for official participants, where announcements and important updates will be posted. The official list of participants will also be updated regularly.
4. Walk-in or same-day registration is strictly not allowed to avoid delays during the event.
5. Please bring your Official Receipt (OR) on the day of the event for verification, issuance of your participant number, and seat assignment.
6. Deadline for Registration: 20 August 2026
7. No Refund Policy: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the Official Receipt has been issued by the Municipal Treasurer's Office.
