The 13th National Mountain Clean-Up and Tree Planting Activity was successfully conducted at Bayanan, Upper Mabatang, Abucay, Bataan.

The activity aimed to promote environmental awareness, strengthen camaraderie among participating organizations, and contribute to the preservation and protection of nature through mountain clean-up and tree planting efforts.

Participants from various partner organizations actively joined the activity and rendered support in maintaining the cleanliness of the area and planting trees for environmental sustainability.

The event was conducted smoothly through the cooperation, teamwork, and dedication of all volunteers and participating groups.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all organizations, volunteers, and supporters who contributed to the success of this meaningful activity.

In preparation for the upcoming BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026 Project scheduled on June 10, 2026, designated personnel proceeded to Divisoria for the procurement of shirts and skirts/shorts to be distributed to underprivileged students.

This initiative aims to ensure that all necessary uniforms and materials are readily available prior to the implementation of the project.

The procurement activity supports the successful conduct of Brigada Eskwela and demonstrates continued commitment to community participation, preparedness, and support for the educational sector.

Through this initiative, the organization hopes to provide assistance to students in need and help lessen the financial burden of their families as they prepare for the opening of classes.

The activity also promotes the spirit of bayanihan and collective support for education and community development.

In preparation for the upcoming Tree Planting Activity of the REACT Combat & Sniper Group, personnel proceeded to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) office in Roosevelt, Dinalupihan, Bataan on June 2, 2026, at 8:00 AM to receive and collect seedlings intended for the environmental activity.

The activity was conducted in coordination with partner organizations BGMC, Byahe ni Bakal, and Lakbay Berde, demonstrating a shared commitment to environmental conservation and community development. The seedlings were officially received and carefully transported to ensure their readiness for the scheduled tree-planting activity.

This undertaking serves as a vital preparatory step toward the successful implementation of the Tree Planting Project, which aims to promote environmental awareness, reforestation, and the preservation of natural resources within the community.

The activity was completed successfully through the cooperation, dedication, and teamwork of all participating organizations.

I. MISSION

To provide communications support, traffic assistance, crowd management, and emergency response coordination during the conduct of the PENELCO Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA) 2026.

II. PERSONNEL DEPLOYED

REACT Combat/Sniper Group personnel were deployed and positioned at designated areas within and around the venue to ensure operational support and maintain effective communication throughout the event.

III. ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED

• Established communication network and maintained radio monitoring.
• Assisted in traffic flow management and vehicle parking coordination.
• Provided crowd management assistance at entry and exit points.
• Coordinated with event organizers and security personnel.
• Maintained readiness for emergency response and incident management.
• Conducted regular situation updates to the Command Post.

IV. RESULTS

• The event was conducted safely and orderly.
• Communication among deployed personnel remained effective throughout the operation.

MISSION

Provided route assistance, lead runner guidance, and communication support to ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the Hataw Takbo Bataan–Orion event.

ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED

* Deployed personnel at designated stationary posts along the event route.
* Assisted runners at assigned U-turn points and critical intersections.
* Maintained continuous radio communication with the Command Post and field personnel.
* Conducted monitoring and reporting of incidents, traffic conditions, and runner safety concerns.
* Coordinated with medical teams, event marshals, and concerned agencies to ensure prompt response to any situation.
* Provided lead runner guidance and route support throughout the duration of the event.
* Monitored communication effectiveness and ensured operational readiness of all deployed personnel.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

* Successfully maintained communication between field units and the Command Post.
* Ensured smooth flow of runners along the designated route.

Signal Propagation Assessment for Event Communications

OBJECTIVES:
• Conduct an ocular inspection of the entire race route and event area.
• Identify strategic locations for deployment of communication personnel and equipment.
• Assess signal propagation and radio communication coverage throughout the route.
• Determine potential communication dead spots and recommend appropriate relay or repeater placement.
• Ensure reliable and uninterrupted communication between Command Post, Route Marshals, Medical Teams, and Support Units during the event.

ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED:
• Inspection of the start/finish area and key route segments.
• Radio signal testing at designated checkpoints.
• Evaluation of terrain, structures, and other factors affecting communication coverage.
• Identification of staging areas, emergency access points, and communication relay positions.
• Coordination with event organizers and concerned agencies regarding communication requirements.

PURPOSE:
To ensure effective command, control, coordination, and emergency response capability through a reliable communication network during the conduct of the Hataw Takbo Bataan–Orion event.
