🚫 Huwag maglabas ng basura on non-collection days
🚛 Beep! Beep! Pakinggan ang busina ng garbage truck as notice na collection is ongoing.

Our ARHA Maintenance Team will assist during collection and check proper waste segregation. Households who repeatedly fail to segregate may be subject to non-collection, while improper disposal outside the scheduled collection day may be subject to appropriate sanctions.

🔆 Community Update: Solar Street Lights Installation Ongoing! 🔆

We're happy to share that the installation of solar street lights along Road 13 and Road 14 is currently underway! This project aims to improve visibility and safety for all homeowners and residents in the area.

We'd like to extend our sincere thanks to J and LG Citihomes for their continuous collaboration and support in improving Abucay Residences.

More updates to come as the project progresses.

After weeks of rainy weather, let’s give our community a little extra care! 🏡✨

We encourage every household to take a few minutes to clean your frontage, remove stagnant water, clear weeds and debris, and keep our drainage free from obstruction.

Our ARHA Utility Team will also be doing their part by cleaning and clearing our drainage, roadsides, and common areas. 💪

Remember, keeping ARHA clean is a shared responsibility.

🚦 ONE-WAY TRAFFIC DRY RUN - Road 2 and Road 3

Para sa mas maayos na daloy ng trapiko at mas ligtas na komunidad, magkakaroon po tayo ng One-Way Traffic Dry Run

mula August 5, Wednesday at 6:00 AM hanggang August 8, Saturday at 10:00 PM.

📍 Entrance: Road Lot 3
📍 Exit: Road Lot 2
📍 Alley 2: One-way traffic only

Hinihiling po namin sa lahat ng homeowners, residents, visitors, at delivery personnel na sundin ang directional signs at instructions ng ating security personnel.

📢 COMMUNITY REMINDER -001

Sama-sama Tayo para sa Mas Ligtas na Komunidad!

Ngayong buwan ng August, hinihiling namin ang kooperasyon ng bawat homeowner at residente upang mapanatiling ligtas, maayos, at malinis ang ating komunidad.

✅ Park Responsibly – I-park ang inyong sasakyan sa loob lamang ng yellow lane ng inyong designated parking slot upang maiwasan ang sagabal sa daan at mapanatiling accessible ang ating mga kalsada.

🚗 Drive Safely – Sundin ang 15 KPH Speed Limit sa loob ng subdivision. Magbagal lalo na sa mga intersection at lugar na maraming bata at pedestrian. Ang ilang segundong pag-iingat ay maaaring makapagligtas ng buhay.

🗑️ Dispose of Food Waste Properly – Ilagay ang leftover food at food waste diretso sa designated container. Huwag gumamit ng plastic bags upang mapanatiling malinis, odor-free, at environment-friendly ang ating waste collection.

Ang isang ligtas at maayos na komunidad ay nagsisimula sa bawat isa sa atin. Maliit na disiplina, malaking ambag para sa kapakanan ng lahat.

📢 PAALALA SA MGA RESIDENTE

Magandang araw po!

Simula Hulyo 15, araw ng Miyerkules alas siete ng umaga hanggang alas dose ng tanghali, magsisimula na po ang regular na pagkolekta ng mga recyclable materials tulad ng:

• Bote
• Karton
• Plastic containers
• Mga kable o wires
• Sirang appliances

Ang lahat po ng pondong malilikom mula sa mga ito ay ilalaan sa pagpapagawa at pagpapaganda ng ating playground upang magkaroon ng mas ligtas at mas maayos na lugar na mapaglalaruan ng ating mga anak.

Inaanyayahan po namin ang bawat tahanan na makiisa. Pakiusap lamang po na ihiwalay ang mga recyclable materials sa inyong karaniwang basura at ilagay ang mga ito sa harap ng inyong bahay upang madali itong makolekta ng ating itinalagang junk picker.

Ito po ay regular na gagawin tuwing Miyerkules.
