📢 GOOD NEWS, WPUAAI MEMBERS!

We are happy to share that the proposed Area Lease Contract Agreement between WPU and WPU Alumni Association, Inc. (WPUAAI) was officially APPROVED by the WPU Board of Regents last May 7, 2026. 🎉

Under the approved agreement:
• WPUAAI will continue occupying and managing the Bahay Alumni Compound
• The lease covers around 3,144 sq. meters
• The term is 10 years
• Monthly rent of only ₱5,000.00
• The area will continue to be used for:
✅ student and boarder services
✅ alumni activities
✅ trainings and meetings
✅ livelihood and support projects

This is a big step for WPUAAI because it gives the Association a stronger and more stable foundation for future projects and operations.

This is a win for the WPU Alumni community. Maraming salamat po! 💙💛
