Rest Easy Late Mercy Kapao💔😭

On behalf of Enga Students Association at the University of Goroka, We are deeply saddened by the passing of Mercy Kapao.

A Final year Student undertaking Bachelor of Arts (Language and Literature) at the University of Goroka.

Her loss is felt by all who knew her, and her memory will remain in our hearts forever. Mercy was a kind and gentle soul whose presence brought warmth and comfort to those around her.

During this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, relatives, and friends. May you find strength in the love she shared and comfort in the memories you hold dear.

The WDDA Team visited University of Goroka to conduct Purity Check for WDDA School Fee Scholarship to genuine Wapenamanda Students studying at the University of Goroka.

WDDA Team has strongly advised Students to be honest with themselves and not to include other students from other districts of Enga Province as well as the other provinces.

The Wapenamanda Students Association appreciate the Office of the Minister for Transport Hon. Miki Kaeok for his continuous support towards building Human Resource for Wapenamanda, Enga, and Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 as a whole.

🚨The University of Goroka Wapenamanda Students Association OUT-REACH AWARENESS FOR PEACE.

We, the Wapenamanda Students of the University of Goroka, will do OUT-REACH AWARENESS FOR PEACE throughout Wapenamanda District during our holiday that will commence on end of November.

Firstly, we, as the future of Wapenamanda, wants to take this initiative and show our people at home (Villages and Sub-District) that tribal fighting as continously killing our societies and way of live, creating division, and many families were scattered and became refugees in other villages.

Secondly, with this initiative, the students will make their stands clear that the future of Wapenamanda will not be the same as today because we don't want to become enemies among ourselves and promote such behavior and attitudes of supporting fights in the future.

Finally, we want to create unity and cooperation amongst the intellectuals of the Wapenamanda District. When the future business elites and educated elites change today, then we will have better tomorrow.

Let's change today for Better Tomorrow PEOPLE OF WAPENAMANDA!
