Mental Health Awareness Week is here, and we’re doing things differently this year.

We’ve built a dedicated platform to guide you through a series of Daily Challenges designed to boost your well-being and spark conversation among your peers.

Each day, visit the site to check a new task. Small steps that lead to big changes in how we think and talk about mental health.

Accept your first challenge here: https://cosmic-madeleine-9e75b1.netlify.app/

Share this platform with your connections. Let's break the silence together!
