Through Senisim PNG, the message of leadership and personal transformation is reaching communities beyond towns and cities, right into our villages.

In the village of Gaire, Hiri East, community members recently explored the value of Integrity: being honest, trustworthy, taking responsibility for our actions, and choosing to do what is right even when faced with pressure or challenges.

Integrity is not simply a word. It is a way of life. It shapes our character, builds trust, strengthens relationships, and influences how we lead and serve our families, communities and country.

The challenge is one we all face every day: Are we living with integrity when no one is watching?

We are serving the grassroots transformation through Senisim PNG and committed to creating spaces where people can reflect, learn and challenge themselves.

CHANGE STARTS WITHIN 🌱

Across Papua New Guinea, students from different institutions are volunteering their time alongside their academic studies to facilitate Senisim PNG Transformation Table sessions focused on good values, personal transformation and servant leadership.

These young leaders are choosing to make a difference, not only in their own lives, but also within their campuses, communities and wider spaces of influence.

To be the change, it starts within. And when young minds embrace transformation, they have the power to create positive change wherever they go.

We are pleased to celebrate 11 staff from Motor Vehicles Insurance Limited (MVIL) who successfully completed the 11-week Senisim PNG Transformation Table Program and are now certified Transformation Table Facilitators. 👏🏽

This graduation marks another milestone in the partnership between MVIL and PNG Tribal Foundation, equipping more individuals with values-based and servant leadership principles to create positive change in their workplaces, families and communities.

A special thank you to our dedicated Senisim PNG Facilitator, Stephanie Nii, for guiding and supporting the participants throughout their 11-week journey. 🙏🏽👏🏽

We also acknowledge PNG Tribal Foundation President GT Bustin and MVIL Executive Manager for Customer Service, Avi Hubert, for witnessing the graduation and encouraging the graduates to put their values and leadership lessons into practice.

🌱 Graduation is not the end of the journey, it is the beginning of putting values into action and inspiring positive change.

We welcomed 32 student prefects from Wardstrip Primary School as they began their Senisim PNG Transformation Table journey.

Recognizing the importance of building strong character and values to address behavioral challenges, Wardstrip Primary School invited Senisim PNG to work with their Grade 6, 7, and 8 prefects—empowering these young leaders to become positive role models within their school and community.

The students have commenced their session on Value HOPE, reflecting on how hope inspires and fuels meaningful change at home, in the classroom, and throughout their community.

We are excited to walk alongside these future leaders as they grow in character and strengthen their leadership through the Transformation Table journey.

The second batch of Grade 9 students at Jubilee Catholic Secondary School is making progress through the Senisim PNG Values-Based Leadership Program. They have now covered Value 9 - Listening and are just one step away from completing the transformation journey.

We are inspired to see these young leaders actively engaging in value discussions, reflecting on their personal growth, and applying positive values in their daily lives.

Thank you to the school administration for their continued commitment to developing the next generation of ethical and values-driven leaders.

Congratulations to the Hiri-Koiari Labour Mobility Hub District!🎉🎉

We celebrate the successful completion of the 11-week Senisim PNG Transformation Table by the Hiri-Koiari Labour Mobility Hub.

Coordinators and participants from Upper and Lower Koiari, Hiri East, Hiri West, and Vanapa Brown came together with a shared commitment to personal growth, servant leadership, and positive values through the Senisim PNG journey.

The graduation was witnessed by Hon. Keith Iduhu, Deputy Opposition Leader and Member for Hiri-Koiari, who presented certificates to the graduates at National Parliament House alongside family and friends.

Out of the 20 participants who began the program, 9 completed the full 11-week journey—a true reflection of commitment, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace positive change.

These facilitators are now equipped to lead the Senisim PNG Good Values and Servant Leadership Program with Labour Mobility Unit candidates and young people in their respective communities, multiplying the impact of transformational leadership across Hiri-Koiari.

Your journey is just beginning, and we look forward to seeing the positive influence you will have in your communities.

Purpose in Action | CPL Graduate Development Program 🙌

The CPL Graduate Trainees have completed Value 8: Purpose at the CPL Support Office, facilitated by Jenitha Wale.

Having started the year with Value 1: Hope, the group has now progressed through eight core values, demonstrating a strong commitment to personal growth, ethical leadership, and positive workplace culture.

The session on Purpose encouraged participants to reflect on their unique strengths, talents, and calling. It reminded them that true purpose goes beyond personal success, it is about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, serving with integrity, and contributing to stronger teams, organizations, and communities. 🌱
