We are a nonprofit organization, established with the primary objective of improving and developing the abilities and skills of deprived children and adolescents, providing much-needed aid to those who live in the rural areas of Trujillo - Peru. Our main fields of operation are in Schools, Medical Clinics of poor communities where international volunteers are placed to assist the local staff.

Physical therapy is where we often witness the most remarkable transformations. 💫

Recovery doesn’t happen overnight. For many of our patients, it takes anywhere from 3 to more than 50 one-on-one sessions to regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Every day, our team helps people: ✨ Take their first steps after an injury. ✨ Regain movement following a stroke. ✨ Recover from chronic pain and orthopedic injuries. ✨ Rebuild strength in their feet, legs, back, shoulders—even the muscles of the face.

We recently enclosed our physical therapy room during construction, creating a warmer, quieter, and more private space where patients can focus on their recovery.

Earlier this year, Matt, a fifth-year medical student specializing in rehabilitation medicine, spent time observing our clinic. He was especially impressed by Margarita’s ability to evaluate and treat complex conditions using simple, resourceful techniques and a deep understanding of her patients’ needs.

Healing is about more than equipment—it’s about knowledge, dedication, and consistent care.

Monday afternoons are just getting sweeter & sweeter 💞

It starts with healthy nutrition class led by our nutritionist Viky, who does an outstanding job of connecting with the women.

It follows with Mommy & Me playtime an early stimulation program for mothers & their babies led by our psychologist, Ana.

Needless to say, a fantastic way to start the week 🫶🏽☺️
