Esperanza Voluntaria es una ONG con sede en San Borja, Lima, Perú. Brindamos apoyo y generamos proyectos de desarrollo para las poblaciones más desfavorecidas de nuestro país. Carlo Briones, fundador y presidente de Esperanza Voluntaria, inició el proyecto cuando estuvo en la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Cayetano Heredia en el año 2007. Concibió la idea de Esperanza Voluntaria cuando fue
a Pisco a proveer ayuda después del terremoto. Al regresar a Lima sintió que necesitaba hacer más por estas personas, así que decidió continuar el trabajo de ayudar a todos los que lo necesitaban, creando un Proyecto llamado Esperanza Voluntaria. Con este nombre, él y un grupo de voluntarios viajaron a diferentes lugares dentro del país proporcionando ayuda médica, apoyo nutricional y principalmente esperanza a las poblaciones más necesitadas. Actualmente Esperanza Voluntaria tiene voluntarios dispersos en diferentes partes del país y alrededor del mundo, pero enfocamos nuestro trabajo en nuestro país de origen: Perú. Esperanza Voluntaria is a non-governmental organization with headquarter in San Borja District, Lima City, Perú. We Provide support and generate development projects for the most disadvantaged populations in our country. Carlo Briones, the founder and President of Esperanza Voluntaria started the project when he was in the Medical School of the Cayetano Heredia University in 2007. He had got the idea of Esperanza Voluntaria when he went to Pisco after the earthquake. Then, when he came to Lima, he felt he needed to do more for these people, so he decided to continue the work of helping everyone who needed it, and he created a Project called Esperanza Voluntaria. With this name, he and a group of volunteers travelled to different locations within the country providing medical help, nutritional support and mainly hope to the neediest populations. Now, Esperanza Voluntaria has volunteers scattered in different parts of the country and around the world, but we focus our work in Peru.
