Over the past 16 days, we’ve explored powerful topics that highlight the urgency of ending Gender-Based Violence:

✅ The different forms of violence—physical, emotional, financial, and digital.
✅ The psychological toll of GBV on survivors and families.
✅ Accountability in healthcare, law enforcement, and communities.
✅ The intersections of GBV and HIV.
✅ Community-led solutions to foster safer spaces for women and children.

But the fight doesn’t stop here. Gender-Based Violence is a daily reality for too many, and our activism must go beyond these 16 days. This is an everyday battle therefore it should be a 365 days fight.

Let’s continue holding perpetrators accountable, amplifying survivor voices, and creating a world where everyone feels safe and valued—every single day.

Gender- Based Violence increases the risk of HIV transmission, while stigma and discrimination silence survivors. Together, we can break the cycle, advocate for prevention, and ensure support for all.

The 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is a global campaign to call for the elimination of violence against women and children.

This year’s theme, “End Violence Against Women and Children Now: The Call for Accountability,” reminds us of the urgent need for action and systemic change.

Let’s work together to hold perpetrators accountable, challenge harmful norms, and create safe spaces for everyone. 💪

🔗 Follow our page for daily posts, videos, and resources throughout the campaign! Together, we can make a difference.
