Yesterday we received our 7th baby who is a newborn girl. She is 6 days old. I also have been told we will receive a little 4 year old little girl in the next day or so. Please pray for these beautiful children. Pray they feel the love of Jesus as they enter their new TEMPORARY home.

Marisol sent pictures last night of some of the babies sleeping. Be still my heart!!

Good evening, everyone! I thought I would share a couple of needs at the orphanage. The picture below shows the type formula that all our babies who live in our orphanage absolutely love and it is perfect for their little digestive systems. They are thriving!!

We also need diapers in size newborn, size 1, and size 2. We also need boys clothing in sizes 4, 5, and 6. If you might be willing to donate these items or give financially for these items, we would be eternally grateful. You can donate financially through Tithely (Doers of the Word Ministries), Venmo (Reimagine_world), or Zelle (850-454-5280).

I have 10 teams coming to Peru this year and I am asking them for these items as well. Your donations will be taken down with our teams.

Update: We are receiving a 4 year old little girl tomorrow! A bit sad that Greg and I are at the airport now to return home when we are still receiving babies!!

We just received a 6 day old baby! She is absolutely beautiful! I sometimes get quiet (yes, it does happen, rarely, but it does) and just marvel at God. Sometimes I feel as if I am in a dream and don’t want to wake up!!

Please pray for all our sweet children!!

As of yesterday, we have six beautiful children in our care. We have three newborns, who are just days old, and three infant/toddlers. The interesting part to me, and one I did not think about at all, is that this children's home is reaching nations, not just Peru. Our oldest toddler, who is three, is from Venezuela. Our two year sweetheart is from Peru and then our newborns are from Columbia and Argentina. We are truly reaching the nations.

My prayer is that these children will one day return to their home country and be bold about their faith in Jesus but right now in their developmental years and their time with us, we are thoroughly enjoying them.

Our two year old calls Greg and I mama and papa. I told her that I was mama but that Greg was abuelo (grandfather in Spanish). Our beautiful ladies who care for these precious babies had a good laugh when hearing me.

Our ten month old even got a bit jealous that I was holding the two year old and began to cry. The two year old got off my lap to go play so I picked up the 10 month old and she hugged me so tight and called me mama. Oh Jesus protect my heart. I have not seen her smile until today!

As soon as we can have a judge to say these children are adoptable, I will let anyone who is interested know.

To you Americans coming to Peru this year, I can't wait for you to meet these precious children. As you know, there will be rules for us all regarding these babies, but we will still have plenty of time to hold, pray over, hug, and kiss.

Greg once promised me an orphanage if I promised to stop bringing children home every time I visited 🇵🇪

But the real story runs much deeper. The need was so great that I began to pray, asking God how we could help. In time, He spoke clearly to my heart: an orphanage is coming. I didn’t know it would take 26 years, but I chose to trust His perfect timing.

Today, we’re seeing that promise fulfilled.
If God has placed a dream in your heart, don’t let it go. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep walking — what He promises, He completes.

¿La versión divertida? Papá una vez me prometió un orfanato si yo prometía dejar de llevar niños a casa cada vez que lo visitaba 🇵🇪

Pero la verdadera historia es mucho más profunda. La necesidad era tan grande que comencé a orar, preguntándole a Dios cómo podíamos ayudar. Con el tiempo, Él habló claramente a mi corazón: viene un orfanato. No sabía que tomaría 26 años, pero decidí confiar en Su tiempo perfecto.

Hoy estamos viendo esa promesa cumplida.
Si Dios ha puesto un sueño en tu corazón, no lo sueltes. Sigue orando, sigue confiando y sigue caminando — lo que Él promete, Él lo cumple.
