The Om Project runs through the funding of donations made by the kind clientele of our free vegetarian restaurant. We provide a free vegetarian buffet selection of nutritious food from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. and if you appreciate our cause then you can make a donation. 100% of the donations go to buying food that we deliver to needy children and families in the villages surrounding Cuzco, Peru on a weekly basis. Our restaurant is run entirely by volunteers. When visiting a village we try and interact as much as possible with the children playing and teaching them about the world. As we get volunteers from all around the world, we can teach and educate them about the wider world they live to give them a chance to improve their lives through cultural exchange. We also bring valuable skills such as the teaching of musical instruments, new sports, new languages and new ideas. The project as it stands today was founded by Samir Sharma, Kevin Hari and Timothy Barker.
