🎓 Meet our 2026 Scholar, Kim van den Berg (De Haan, Netherlands).

🎶 Her project: destination playlists to help families settle into their new country.
🎤 She presented it in Osaka. Nervous? “So nervous.” Worth it? Absolutely.

Her advice: “Do it, don’t hesitate.” 💪

🇦🇷 5,000 EUR towards Buenos Aires. Applications for the FIDI 39 Club Scholarship 2027 open today.

The winner attends both the FIDI 39 Club and .global.alliance Conferences, with 5,000 EUR towards registration, travel and accommodation. Open to every FIDI affiliate employee under 40.

💡 Your project does not have to be a huge corporate programme. Something you set up at work, or something you built in your local community, both count.

You send a written presentation, plus a short video if you fancy it. Not sure how to structure it? The club will help.

🎓 And the two prep courses are free, from FIDI Academy MIM material, whether you apply or not:

🔹 Ask the right questions instead of guessing

And his best line: saying “I don’t know, let me find out” is not a weakness. It is one of the most professional things you can say. 🙌

Clients are not after someone with every answer. They want someone they can trust.
