Wow! What an incredible day at Tim’s Club! 🌿💛

The Rotary Club of Playa Coronado organized a special visit from the Rotary Club of Central Cayman Islands, with members traveling all the way from the Cayman Islands to Panama to spend the day with us and take part in a very special project.

They generously donated 4 beautiful new garden beds for Tim’s Club, and today members from both clubs came out in person to bring our garden to life! 🌱🌸

Everyone worked together to fill the beds and plant flowers, herbs, and vegetables. Gardening will be an activity our members can participate in, and we’ll eventually be able to use some of what we grow in our future cafe!

We are so grateful to everyone who gave their time and energy today. And a very special thank you to Maudy for designing our garden and guiding everyone through the planting today! 💛

¡Wow! ¡Qué día tan increíble en Tim’s Club! 🌿💛

El Rotary Club de Playa Coronado organizó una visita especial del Rotary Club of Central Cayman Islands, cuyos miembros viajaron desde las Islas Caimán hasta Panamá para pasar el día con nosotros y participar en un proyecto muy especial.

Generosamente donaron 4 hermosas camas de cultivo nuevas para Tim’s Club, y hoy miembros de ambos clubes vinieron para ayudarnos a darle vida a nuestro jardín. 🌱🌸

Todos trabajaron juntos para llenar las camas y plantar flores, hierbas y vegetales. La jardinería será una actividad en la que nuestros miembros podrán participar y, con el tiempo, también podremos utilizar parte de lo que cultivemos en nuestro futuro café.

Estamos muy agradecidos con todos los que dedicaron su tiempo y energía hoy. ¡Y un agradecimiento muy especial a Maudy por diseñar nuestro jardín y guiar a todos durante la siembra de hoy! 💛

Our very first Tai Chi class is tomorrow morning! 🌿

If you’ve been thinking about joining us but have been wondering whether the class is right for you, we’d love to encourage you to come along.

No previous experience is needed, and beginners are absolutely welcome. This gentle class combines Tai Chi, Qi Gong, breathwork, and meditation to help you feel more grounded, relaxed, energized, and present.

Tim's Club is a community cafe and inclusive day program in Panama where people with intellectual disabilities get to learn, work, and truly belong. We're building the classrooms where that all happens – art, music, education, and a space the whole community can gather around.

Construction is already underway. We've raised $30,000 of our $50,660 goal – but we need $20,000 more to complete the build and open our doors.
