Yes, I still write, record, and release much music. But these days, it's mostly aimed at chilling out, relaxing, and achieving a certain state of mind, a particular state of being. That's why I release my tracks on the Insight Timer meditation app. And I have not just music there, but also meditations, poetry, and other audio tracks, all of it available for free, and without ads. The Sound Journey w/ Hang Drum is a space to find yourself, a space for introspection, a space for questions and answers. The music will guide you and show you everything you should see, feel and hear; It is a deep inner journey with multiple windows and doors to which you will have access.

Many people report experiencing an astral journey, a journey towards one's deepest feelings, to will connect with an inner essence and rest in an environment of tranquility. It is a time to speed up or go back in time at the same time without losing focus of your present.

The music and the different notes that are played are created with a base of 432 Hz which is perfect for connecting with the earth and its environment and can be deepened with a base of 963 Hz which is the connection with your inner God.

The sounds that the hand drum emits are sounds of healing and liberation, where each person has a different language, depending on their own life experience.

You will find that alignment between waking dream and sleeping dream, that connection between conscious and subconscious, you will experience that process with the inner light.

This month the BHH Magic of Music Team is highlighting "Music Wellness," or focusing on the health benefits of music which contribute to our overall feeling of well-being. Just like with diet and exercise, we don't have to wait until something goes wrong with our mind and/or body to establish healthy habits. And this is what "music wellness" is all about.

Did you know that the arts have healing power? "From literature to music, the arts connect us to a healing process that extends across time, space, and culture" says best-selling author Diane E. Dreher, Ph.D. She recently published an article on this topic titled "How Music Can Help Us Heal" (link in comments below). In particular, she describes how music can help to heal our emotional and mental health.

She also points out that music can not only bring us back to a state of balanced mental and emotional equilibrium, music can actually elevate the listener to higher states of awe and wonder! Awe and wonder?! When was the last time you experienced awe and wonder? Well, put on some headphones, and see if music can take you there! It's backed by science: published just this year, Dacher Keltner's new book "Awe: The new science of everyday wonder and how it can transform your life."

We tend to overlook the soundtrack's importance as a critical component of the unfolding story on the screen, because we are focused on the drama itself.
