• تخطيط وتصميم وتطوير بوابة تعزز الوعي حول المجلس البلدي في عام 2012 .
• جائزة أفضل صاحب مشروع - شل إنطلاقة عام 2010.
• الفائز - العربية لجوائز المسؤولية الإجتماعية للشركات عام 2010.
• جائزة شايو للمفوضية الأوروبية لبرنامج بناء قدرات المرأة في الانتخابات عام 2010.
• منذ عام 2008 قمنا بتدريب 6000 مشارك و وقمنا ب 500 ساعة تدريبية و العمل مع 134 مؤسسة و مبادرة و69 فعالية و 11 الفا من أصحاب المصلحة من خلال وسائل قنوات التواصل الإجتماعي.
• شركة عمانية 100% والوحيدة بالسلطنة الحاصلة على شهادة GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) في تأسيس الشركات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و أصحاب المشاريع الاجتماعية وبناء القدرات.
• أدى تعاوننا مع مؤسسة رائدة في القطاع الخاص إلى 17 مشروعا يعود بالفائدة على المجتمع المحلي في منطقة الباطنة .


“Qudrat” or Capabilities-Tawasul Training Services is a Limited Liability Company (L.L.C.) We offer capacity building training services for innovators through designing, planning, implementation and assessment workshop training sessions, seminars, symposiums and lectures. We establish strategic partnerships with our stakeholders based on our four shared values: Trust, Sustainability, Quality, and Productivity.
1. Our aim:
We aim to be one of the leading institutions that provides employability and capacity building programs in the Sultanate of Oman and the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries (GCC).
2. Achievements:
• Planned, Designed, and developed a portal that promoted awareness about the Shura Council in 2011.
• Planned, Designed, and developed a portal that promoted awareness about the Municipal Council in 2012.
• Best Entrepreneur Award - Shell Intilaaqah 2010.
• Winner - Arabia CSR Awards 2010.
• European Commission Chaillot Prize 2010 for Women on Election capacity building program.
• Since 2008 we have trained 6000 participants, 500 training hours, 134 organizations and independent initiatives, 69 events and engaged 11 thousand stakeholders through social media.
• The only GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) certified established Small & Medium social Enterprises and entrepreneurs capacity building institution in the Sultanate of Oman. Fully Omani owned.
• Our collaboration with a leading private sector foundation has resulted in 17 projects the benefit local community in Al Batina Region.
