مركز الزبير لتطوير المؤسسات هو أحد أهم المبادرات المنبثقة من رؤية "مؤسسة الزبير" الإستراتيجية لمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية نحو المجتمع العماني، والتي تعكس إيمان المؤسسة بمدى أهمية المؤسسات الصغيرة في النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني والمساهمة في التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية المستدامة.
إن مركز الزبير لتطوير المؤسسات، والذي تم تأسيسه في عام 2013، هو أكثر من مجرد حاضن للمؤسسات الصغيرة، حيث يتميز بمهنيته العالية وتنوع مجالات المعرفة التي يقدمها وتعدد خبراته المتراكمة من خلال دعمه وتواصله مع المؤسسات الصغيرة، وشبكة اتصالاته وشركائه الاستراتيجيين محليا ودوليا. كما ويستثمر المركز عناصر قوة مؤسسة الزبير من أجل جعل بيئة الأعمال في السلطنة مشجعة وداعمة للمؤسسات الصغيرة، ومحفزة للمبادرات الواعدة. The Zubair Enterprises Development Centre (Zubair EDC) is one of the initiatives which emanated from The Zubair Corporation’s Social Responsibility strategic vision towards Omani society. The vision reflects the corporation’s belief in the importance of small enterprises (EDC) in enhancing the national economy and contributing to sustainable socio-economic development. Established in 2013, Zubair SEC is envisioned to be more than an incubator for small businesses. It is a professional body that capitalises on its high professionalism, diversified offered knowledge, a wide range of accumulated expertise, and its own global and local network and strategic partners. Zubair SEC also builds on The Zubair Corporation’s strengths to lead positive change in the local business environment, which supports small businesses and promising initiatives in the Sultanate.
