Today is all about football, fun, and our amazing Woodville AFC community! 🙌

With First Kicks, Fun Football, 7 Aside, 9 Aside, and Youth all playing at Hockey Park, it’s the perfect opportunity to come down, support our players, and enjoy a fantastic day together.

As we celebrate our club, we’d like to remind everyone of the role we all play in creating a positive environment for our tamariki and rangatahi:

👏 Players are there to play.
📣 Supporters are there to support.
🧠 Coaches are there to coach.
🟨 Referees are there to referee.

Let’s encourage effort, celebrate teamwork, and show respect to everyone involved. A positive sideline makes a huge difference and helps create a safe, enjoyable experience for all.

Whether your child scores five goals or simply has a smile on their face at the final whistle, that’s what grassroots football is all about. 💙💛

It’s Club Day this Saturday, and we’d love to see our community down at the grounds supporting our players!

🏡 All of our Junior and Youth teams are playing at home, making it the perfect opportunity to spend the day at the club and cheer everyone on.

🌭 Sausage Sizzle available throughout the day – grab a bite while you watch the football.

☕ Serendipity Coffee will also be on site serving up delicious coffee and hot drinks to keep you warm from the sidelines.

Bring your whānau, invite your friends, and come along for a great day of football, food, and community spirit. We can’t wait to see you there!
