Pony Club - more than riding!

PONY CLUB IS BUILT ON LEARNING

NZPCA has always been more than riding.

Our certificate pathway helps members build:
βœ” riding skills
βœ” horse management knowledge
βœ” confidence
βœ” responsibility
βœ” horse welfare understanding
βœ” leadership skills

The NZPCA certificate pathway is part of the wider worldwide Pony Club system, built on structured progression and step-by-step learning.

From Lead Rein Certificate through to A & H, each level builds the foundations for the next, helping riders develop safely, correctly, and with strong horsemanship.

That pathway is at the heart of

NZPCA Living with the Constitution Webinar Series - Committees, Committee Roles, Behaviours, and Expectations

Thursday 18 June 7.30 pm

This session will primarily focus on Clubs, including:
β€’ Committee positions and responsibilities
β€’ Understanding committee member roles
β€’ Expected behaviours and standards
β€’ Working effectively as a committee team
β€’ Good governance and communication practices
β€’ Supporting healthy club culture

Find the meeting link at https://www.nzpca.org/communications-hub/nzpca-webinars
While the webinar is mainly aimed at Clubs, Regions are strongly encouraged to attend as well, as Regions play an important role in supporting and guiding Clubs through these changes and processes.

We will also discuss some Region Committee matters where relevant or where questions are raised during the session.

This webinar is designed to be practical, supportive, and focused on helping committees understand both the structure and the expectations that come with their roles under the new constitution framework.
