Looking for support with your Mental Health & Wellness? Having a hard time finding work? Need your learner license?

We got the program for you!

Level Up Hauora is an 8-week youth development programme designed to support the mental health and overall wellbeing of Taitamariki (young people) through life skills, practical learning, and culturally grounded approaches. Drawing from Te Whare Tapa Whā, the programme aims to nurture all aspects of hauora—taha tinana (physical), taha hinengaro (mental), taha wairua (spiritual), and taha whānau (social)—through a series of interactive workshops and guided reflections.

This programme will support Taitamariki to better understand their identity, develop emotional resilience, build life and career readiness skills, and learn practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
