Thank you to everyone who came to our Scholarship & CV for Youth workshop, facilitated and presented by the brilliant Simran Kaur! Around 25 youth from as far as Kerikeri learned how to find suitable scholarships, where and how to apply, and how to write a good CV. Supported by Jo-Ann from NorthTec who presented on NorthTec scholarships for students, Jodie Rameka for Whangārei, Alejandra Castaneda and Glenn Sutherland, we then helped with individual CVs and scholarship applications before everyone got to take pizza home from lunch.
We wish you all the best with your applications!

We are really thankful to Volunteering Northland for the admin and promotion support! A huge thank you goes to our CV/scholarship experts who volunteered their time to help, as well as Isaac Watts and WDC Whangarei District Council for letting us use their space for this kaupapa!
