Who is the May Speaker?

May the games begin!!

This Month we are going to mix it up a little and have a little fun.
Within our members there is hundreds of combined years worth of experience, (And that’s just Mike Tasker on his own!!) and as a group we no doubt own tens of millions worth of properties!
So lets have a little gamification…
Julie Pepper - El Presidento has picked 3 different types potential investment properties that are live listings today!
We will present the listings on screen to the room and then each table will have a discussion about what strategies are options and pick their best idea…
Is it a Do up and sell? Is it a Do up and keep? Is it the 4th bedroom or the granny flat addition? How big is the land? Should you subdivide or is it best to build second dwelling with out subdivision?
Or sell the house to a removal company and put a building 15 stories high with 30 dwellings and a restaurant and casino on the ground floor??
Your table comes up with the back of the envelope plan and presents their best idea to the rest of us.
Julie and a couple of secret agents will be the judges…
Should be very interactive and enjoyable evening, a chance for the newer members to learn from the Old Dogs?? or will the Old Dogs learn they need to learn new tricks??
Bring a pad a pen a calculator lets work out estimated costs and projected ROI’s

It would be fair to say that following a successful 20 year career as a physiotherapist no one was more surprised than Maree to see her change focus to property.

However it was a natural change for her to follow her passion. She realises now that physiotherapy was the perfect training ground for a sales career - something she describes as “listening to what people want and helping them achieve it”.

She is a member of the New Zealand Entrepreneurs' Organisation and is an inspirational speaker. She has presented to our association twice before and she was that good, that we wanted more!

She is a previous president of the Rotorua Property Investors Association.

You will learn about what it takes to succeed in the challenging industry that is property investing in New Zealand. What it takes personally, professionally and mentally. How I Find Property matches investors with investments.

You will also learn what it takes to get back in the saddle if you get knocked down off your horse!

This is an evening that will get you thinking, get you strategizing, and get you motivated!!
