Wowee… what a night! 🎉💚

What an incredible evening! Thank you to everyone who came along, got into the spirit of the night, dug deep into your pockets, and supported our school so generously. The laughter, friendly competition, and community spirit made for such a fantastic night, and it was so lovely to see so many smiling, enthusiastic faces.

A huge shoutout to Mr D, our quizmaster! You nailed it as always! Thank you for keeping everyone entertained and the questions flowing.

To Tim Williamson, our fantastic MC, thank you for bringing the energy and helping our auction items reach some incredible bids. We really appreciate you giving your time to support us.

A massive thank you to our judges—Jenny, Sarah, and Rachael. You were kept busy all night counting scores, checking answers, and keeping everything running fairly. We couldn’t do it without you!

To our amazing runners, thank you for hosting the games, delivering everything with a smile, and keeping the night running so smoothly.🏃‍♀️

And finally, to our incredible sponsors… WOWEE! 🤩 You absolutely knocked it out of the park. Your generosity through sponsored rounds, games, auction items, raffle prizes, and donations made this event possible. The support from our community never ceases to amaze us.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who played a part in making the 2026 Matarau School Quiz Night such a memorable and successful evening. Every dollar raised will go towards supporting our tamariki, and we couldn’t be more grateful. 💚🖤

What. A. Night! 🎉🙌

Are you coming with a game plan? 👀

🎟️ Will you grab some raffle tickets?
📝 Will you buy a few answers to give your team the edge?
😏 Will you send another team to the Sin Bin? (You know you want to! 😉)

Don’t forget to bring cash! While silent auction items can be paid for by bank transfer, cash will make it quick and easy to join in all the extra fun on the night—raffles, games, and those sneaky little challenges.

Most importantly, every dollar raised helps support Matarau School and our amazing kids. ❤️

So bring your cash (especially those little gold coins) , bring your competitive spirit, and get ready for a fantastic night of laughs, friendly rivalry, and plenty of chances to win! 🎉
