The work of City Mission Whanganui is supported mostly by Whanganui Churches, Charitable Trusts, Foundations, and businesses. Funding and donations of goods also come from schools, clubs, families, and individuals from the Whanganui community. Added to this is the contribution of time and skills of dozens of volunteer workers in all areas of our operations. FUNDRAISING: Monetary donations can be made directly to our Bank Account

If you wish your donation to be directed to a specific area of our work (See PRODUCTS) please indicate your preference in the reference section. All donations over $5 are tax deductible. Internet Banking Donors are issued tax receipts at the end of the financial year unless requested earlier. Please email [email protected] with your name and address to receive a tax receipt. Donations of non-perishable food, cleaning & toiletry items, and fresh fruit & vegetables for the Foodbank are always greatly appreciated! These can be dropped off at the Foodbank located at 7 Park Place, Whanganui between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
