Last week we officially began the Level 2 Health and Wellbeing Certificate, accredited through Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi.

This marks an exciting milestone as our second group of tauira undertake this tohu, following the recent graduation of our first cohort. Celebrating with our tauira who accomplished their achievements, has further strengthened our commitment to creating meaningful pathways for growth, learning, and opportunity within our communities.

The week commenced with a pōhiri, setting the foundation for connection and shared purpose. This was followed by site and history kōrero about our tipuna, Awanuiārangi, the establishment of Te Whare Wānanga, grounding our tauira in the rich history and values that guide this journey.

Significantly more than just a qualification, this kaupapa represents a collective effort to uplift and improve the lives and positive outcomes for our whānau, while inspiring generational success for our people.
We are privileged to continue building opportunities that empower our communities through education, wellbeing, and whakapapa.
