Jesus is a good moral teacher. But he's a lot more than that. He said he was the Lord.

What do you have? Is there anything that God has asked you to give back to him?

Would you pour out something expensive for the sake of Jesus?

Others might say "What a Waste" but Jesus says, "Leave them alone, they have done a beautiful thing." (Matthew 26:10)

So are you "Alive with God"?

If you are, then you know that you have died to the life you used to have. Our job in the world is to show people that the life they have without God is death, but the life Jesus has given them is their true life. A little taste of the life to come in heaven.

We are no longer slaves to sin. For when we died with Christ we were set free from the power of sin. (📖 Romans 6)

Can we be in "Darkness with God?" God is with you no matter where you are. Just turn and look at Him.

One of the things we get wrong is thinking that we need to clean up before we'll be able to be with God. But He is with us in darkness, in doubt, in fear, even in sin.

"When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners."

Are you ready to "Enlist with God?" 🪖

When you join the army, it's your Commander who tells you when to speak, what to say, where to go, and how to act.

And this Commander is true and good.

The Centurion said to Jesus, "I'm a man who gives orders and takes orders.
Lord, just give the order and my servant will be healed."

Jesus was amazed at him, "I haven't met anyone in Israel with such great faith."

Are you the authority in your own life, or do you obey everything God says?

The church is the Bride of Christ. We're waiting and waiting and waiting for the day when he will come to us.

Why are we still waiting for Jesus to come back and put things right?

Why doesn't he just come now?!

The Lord tarries (or waits) so that everyone would stop living without him and would accept his proposal and be Married with God.

Jesus is patiently waiting for us. But one day he will come.

Will you still be waiting?
