Calling all bakers, organizers, and sign-making superstars! 🧁✨

We’re getting ready for our upcoming fundraiser, and we need YOU to help make it a sweet success. Whether you have five minutes to click "share" or a few hours to help on the day, there’s a spot for everyone.

📢 The "Social Butterfly" (Pre-event)

Are you handy with a marker pen? We need eye-catching signs to show off our deals:
💰 $2 & $3 per item | 3 for $5 specials!
Extra Challenge: We need a bold, unmissable roadside masterpiece for Meeanee Quay! We're looking for someone to create a sign so eye-catching that commuters can't help but detour for a sweet treat. Help us turn morning traffic into school support!

🙌 The "Day-Of" Dream Team (Arrive 08:00AM)
We need friendly faces on the day to help with:
🍰 Setting up the delicious spreads
☕ Serving our lovely community
🧼 Keeping things sparkling (Dishwashing & Clean-up)

🍰✨ IT'S BAKE SALE TIME! ✨🍰

Get your aprons on and your ovens preheating — the Westshore School Annual Bake Sale is just around the corner! 🎉

Whether you're a master baker or a first-timer, this is YOUR chance to whip up something delicious and make a real difference! 🧁🍪🎂

Thank you to everyone who came along to support our school yesterday

It was wonderful to see so many people from our community show up, to enjoy the beautiful Hawkes Bay weather and have some fun☀️🏖️🎈

Thank you to our sponsor Alexander Construction for providing the BBQ trailer and sausages, our chefs were grateful to have shelter from the sun while sizzling up a storm on the grill 🌭

Thank you to Sport Hawke's Bay for bringing along hunger ball, and Ideal Electrical Napier for helping organise logistics for our PTA stalls ⛹🏻‍♀️⚽🛻

Thank you to those who generously donated baked goods, our bake sale stall was a hit with all our attendees 🧁🥯🍪

A big thank you to our PTA volunteers, this event would not be possible without your dedication to Westshore Primary School

And thank you to our many car boot stall holders and food truck vendors 🚚🍟🍜🍩

Looking for something fun to do with the kids, a friend, family or by yourself?

Head on down to our beach front community market, November 9th 2025, for a morning jam-packed with fun, food and beach front views 🌊

With over 100+ years of memories, we have something to catch the interest of all the family, young and old 👶🏽👧🏻🧓

Note: Some vendors will have eftpos facilities, however this is mainly a cash only event.

We look forward to our community showing up in support, to help raise much-needed funds for our students and school.
