We're putting together real-world case studies that show the real value qualified health and safety practitioners bring to workplaces across Aotearoa.

Do you know of a project, initiative, or moment where professional health and safety expertise made a measurable difference? Improving outcomes for workers, businesses, or the wider system?

Email us at [email protected] if you have any that come to mind!

These practical examples will help us demonstrate why professional capability matters and how it supports better results for everyone. Thanks in advance!

🧠 Study Participants Wanted: Trust in Leadership & Psychological Safety 🧠

Have you ever wondered what trust feels like β€” inside your body?

We're exploring how your brain and body respond in real time during meetings with your manager, using wearable tech and the SIX app from Immersion Neuroscience. This exciting research taps into the biological signals of oxytocin and dopamine to better understand connection, trust, and psychological safety at work.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ”¬ Mary Kennett, PhD Candidate in Psychology at Massey University, is leading this study and seeking participants across Aotearoa New Zealand who:
βœ… Have reported to their current manager for 6+ months
βœ… Own a smartwatch (Apple, Fitbit, Garmin, Samsung, etc.)
βœ… Can download and use a smartphone app
βœ… Have regular 1:1 meetings (virtual or in-person) with their manager

What’s involved?
A short survey (~15 minutes)
Use the SIX app during two of your 1:1 meetings with your manager

🎁 Complete both steps and receive a $25 Prezzee card as a thank you!
