Wellington Regional Youth Worker Trust The WRYWT delivers training opportunities for youth workers, with the aim of increasing the quality of youth work practices.

The Wellington Regional Youth Worker Trust was established in 1997 by youth workers who live in the Lower North Island area. Trustees represent 15 rohe/area as high as Waiora on the East Coast to Wellington in the South, Northern Taranaki on the West Coast and inland to Whanganui and Manawatu. WRYWT Supports youth workers by:
- Sponsoring local & regional training workshops
- Co-ordinating traini

Online action this week...today we had Rod Baxter deliver Social Media and Ethics and this week Charmaine Tuhaka completed the four series workshop on Kaitiakitanga - Supervision in Youth Work.
Thanks to the attendees showing up, participating and offering insights into their worlds.

Workshop Overview:

About Rod:
Rod is an Accredited Member of Korowai Tupu. Rod likes to balance theory and practice and has qualifications that reflect his vocational explorations: a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Theatre and Education (Victoria University of Wellington), a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Service Supervision with Distinction (Massey University) and a Diploma in Youth Work (Otago Polytechnic).
