Today we celebrate 35 years of Mestre Jogo de Dentro’s school: Semente do Jogo de Angola….
Which he started in Bahia, Brazil in 1990.
We have had the good fortune to get to know, and learn from Mestre Jogo de Dentro over the years since his first trip to NZ in 2003., invited by Mestre Brabo.
We started a branch of his school in 2017 in Wellington and continue to teach capoeira angola based on Mestre’s teachings and guidance.

Capoeiristas of Wellington, welcome to join a roda de capoeira angola tomorrow (saturday 30th) at Newtown hall. 4-6pm. Mestre Brabo is town. Contra Mestre SJ will be there and some of the grupo Semente too.
