At our meeting last Wednesday night, Heidi demonstrated making roses and carnations with the 'easy rose' cutter and a garrett frill. Very simple ways to make gorgeous cake decorations.

This coming Wednesday night (8 October) we have Sinti coming along to show us her locally made cake and cupcake toppers, so please bring some cash along if you would like to buy some of Sinti's wares. We are also having a sale of a big cake decorating collection - gold coin donations required. Visitors are more than welcome to join us.
