Oh so you think you’ve got better design skills?

Come show us at our pop up zine making space this Thursday 07/10. All materials will be provided and you can grab some free fruit and veg while you’re at it! The theme will be imagizining what a just, liveable future means for you, because it’s important to remember what we’re fighting for, not just against ✊

Exactly what it sounds like: starting this week, we will be running a farmer’s-market-style stall in the Tim Beaglehole Courtyard on Thursdays from 11:30am to 2:00pm— and all the food is completely free!

Please bring your own bag, and tell your friends! If all the produce goes, we will order even more the next week!

We endorse (emily) for Clubs Officer as we believe that she has the lived experience, practical skills and motivation to fulfil her promises in the role. Emily is an enthusiastic member of a wide variety of organisations and groups both on and off of campus. As an organiser, we have seen that she is more than willing to challenge authority and convention, and is a staunch advocate for her communities.
We believe that Emily will push past the obstacles and make the most of the opportunities of a VUWSA role, keeping the students she represents at the core of her decisions.

In our experience of organising with and working alongside Pascal Buda, he is caring, reliable and values-driven. Pascal’s wide network of connections, both inside and outside activist spaces, is a testament to his ability to build community, and his commitment to creating change. He is enthusiastic in a wide range of tactics and willing to engage with new ideas and perspectives. As someone who is already active in pursuing his policy goals, we know that these are not empty buzzword campaign promises from Pascal, and that he will continue put students and organisers first, making the Student Union work for the students.
We believe that voters can trust Pascal to remain steadfast in the face of bureaucratic pressure and do his utmost, as he already is, to achieve his policy goals.
