ALWU is disheartened by the recent decision by the Practice Approval Committee. The decision reinforces that Mr Gardner-Hopkins should have been struck off for his conduct. ALWU will continue to advocate for a profession that is safe, healthy and fair, and challenge the Law Society to make genuine change to the issues entrenched in our profession.
