Mōrena e te hapori ☀️

We are seeking some furniture items for a special wahine who has recently secured her very own home. This is a huge achievement and an exciting new chapter for her!

As she is starting from scratch, we are looking for the above furniture and household items to help make her new house feel like a home.

If you have any items in good condition that you would be willing to donate, we would love to hear from you.

Please email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) so we can connect with you and arrange collection or delivery of items.
Ngā mihi nui for helping us support wāhine on their journey toward independence and long term stability. 💜

There's something special that happens when ladies gather in a kitchen!
Today, our whare was filled with the smell of freshly baked Afghans and Peppermint Slice — made by our wāhine with the support of our amazing volunteers Mary and Phillippa, destined for Te Pa Pori, this batch was...yes we had a taste test!
We're grateful to receive the generosity of Good Bi***es Baking, so it feels good to be able to pay it forward 🥰🍰

Huge thank you to the National Association of Women in Construction for holding such a lovely fundraiser for us last night.

As part of the resene architecture design film festival we watched a screening of The Time Travelers Guide to Hamilton Gardens. It was a spectacular documentary showing the depth of knowledge and work that has gone into making Hamilton gardens the marvel that it is.

We were so grateful to benefit from this fundraiser and receive continued support from our wāhine in construction 🦺 🩵
