Throwback Thursday - 1964 - 'She's Fab! - Isn't it wonderful!' New Zealand advert for the MG 1100. Requiring a total of £1026 which had to include £539 of overseas currency. It was a time when you couldn't buy a car just in £NZ. #1100

The opening round of our 2026/27 racing season is just around the corner, kicking off at Hampton Downs on October 3. We can't wait to strut our stuff once more and represent the golden era of Group 2 and Group 5 sedan racing of the late 1960s and early '70s. Bring it on!

Throwback Thursday - 1927 - Owld Speckled Un. MG built an experimental model – the Featherlight Saloon, the body of which was fabric stretched over a wooden frame and finished in black speckled with gold.

Craig Horn will debut his superb Holden VK Commodore at MG Classic. Its sporting the "Brock HDT" livery and I'm sure it goes as quick as it looks !!!

We’re #1 in the world for driver numbers — for now! 🥇

We know it may be short-lived because Wairarapa is capped at 150 registrations — but with 145 drivers and less than a week to go, we’re enjoying the moment.

Now the challenge is the fundraising.

#1 for drivers.
#4 for donations.
#11 for funds raised.

Throwback Thursday - 1935 - MG chose six of the leading female racing drivers of the day under the direction of Captain George Eyston and hired them to drive three 1934 MG PABs at Le Mons; the three cars finished first, second and third in their class.
