One week to go! Time is ticking, get those nominations in for the Āti Awa Toa Wellington Regional Sports Awards. 🏆

Help us to celebrate the legends paving the way for Sport across the Greater Wellington Region. From grassroots and community-led initiatives through to high-performance environments, these awards celebrate nominees from a range of sporting levels. The 12 award categories recognise athletes, teams, clubs, volunteers, officials and coaches making an impact across the rohe.

Why nominate? To honour the people who go above and beyond for our sport community. It is also great exposure for your club, team or sport.

Let them enjoy the game. Sport should be fun, so lets keep it positive. 💗
No need to over-analyse their performance and talk about how to be better - let the coach do the coaching. As a supporter, lets work together to do just do that – provide support. Focus on uplifting team and player spirit and share the fun with them.

Capital Football is seeking a Referee Manager to join our team and help lead the next chapter of referee development across our region.

This full-time role will work closely across our Federation Development and Operations teams, supporting our referee community and ensuring positive experiences throughout the game.

If you have a strong refereeing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting the game, we’d love to hear from you.
