We’re incredibly excited about 2026, a milestone year marking 25 years of CEP. Since becoming an incorporated society on 1 March 2001, CEP, alongside our Members and Corporate Partners, has achieved an extraordinary amount - delivering real savings and helping to constrain carbon emissions across New Zealand.

The highlight of this landmark year will be our 2026 Conference.
While we haven’t been running an annual conference for all of that time, 2026 will be the 17th event and it continues to grow in reach, influence and impact. Today, it stands as the premier annual event for energy, carbon, and sustainability professionals, and we proudly believe it offers the best value of its kind in New Zealand.

Looking ahead, 2026 also brings exciting firsts. For the first time, the Conference will be held in Hamilton at the award-winning Claudelands, and we’re delighted to once again partner with the Bioenergy Association. Together, we’ll welcome delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors to explore insights on future fuels and the evolving energy landscape.

Take advantage of our earlybird rates - available until 15 April - and secure your place at this special anniversary event.

We look forward to welcoming you to Claudelands on 26 May for what promises to be another outstanding CEP Conference.
