In collaboration with Spark Health, Hauora Taiwhenua is offering the opportunity for one student member to attend the HLTH USA 2025 Conference in Las Vegas from 19–22 October.
HLTH is the world’s leading event for healthcare innovation, bringing together over 12,000 delegates including clinicians, tech leaders, investors, and policymakers.
The conference features 400+ speakers, hands-on sessions, and dedicated pavilions on AI, digital health, food-as-medicine, and more – it’s where the future of healthcare is shaped.
What’s included:
Return flights from Auckland to Las Vegas
Full conference registration
Accommodation for the duration of the conference
A small spending allowance
Buddying with the Spark Health team, with potential visits to the Microsoft Innovation Hub and Hewlett Packard Health Cloud Enterprise
How to apply:
Students must submit a short (max 3-minute) video explaining:
Who they are
Why this would be a valuable learning experience
Why they should be selected
Videos should be uploaded to YouTube and the link emailed to Robyn Fell, Operations Manager at [email protected] by Sunday 10 August.
Applicants must hold a current Hauora Taiwhenua student membership at the time of application and are free to join as a Hauora Taiwhenua student member prior to applying.
The selected student will be expected to write a short report on their key learnings and present to our Rural Digital Health Strategy working party. Travel dates are 18–23 October, and the winner will be announced within two weeks of the closing date.
