Our stocks of cleaning products are running low. These can be some of the more expensive items we end up buying as part of our parcels. If you can help us by adding a couple of these items to your shopping and donating it to your local church or the Community Centre, we'd be hugely grateful - Laundry powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, tooth paste and soap. Of course, we always still appreciate tinned foods, rice, soup, tea/coffee etc.

Weather's looking good for tomorrow's Karori Lions Club Inc. Karnival. We are always so grateful when we get support from the Karori Lions for the Foodbank.

Yay, it's Karnival time! (Yes, Karnival with a K). Karori's premier annual event. Less than 4 weeks to go!

Many families are doing it hard right now.

The Karori Foodbank has seen a big increase in demand, and our stocks are running low.

We need tinned goods, rice, pasta, spreads, cereal, tea and instant coffee, laundry powder and toothpaste.

If you can help, please leave donations in the yellow bin at the Community Centre.

Alternatively, scan the QR code to make a tax-deductible donation so that we can buy supplies directly.

Thank you for your ongoing support.

A big thanks to Ōtari school for their generous donations to Karori Foodbank.

A big shout out to Karori Normal School who donated these food goods to the Karori Foodbank on Friday, the second school in recent days. It is such a great thing to see our younger community taking action to help others. Congratulations to them as this will be a learning experience for them for later life.

Food Donation from Otari School - Te Kura o Otari. Thanks to the school who dropped off a table load of donations to the Karori Foodbank on Wednesday July 3. We are very pleased with the community support the Foodbank receives as it makes all the difference for our outreach to those in need. Here we see Angela and Edmund shelving the donations.
