Right team… can we all PLEASE learn the backyard burning rules before half of Waverley rings 111 thinking the apocalypse has arrived? 😂

Quick reminder:
❌ If you live in an urban area on a normal-sized section with rubbish collection, you generally CANNOT burn your green waste/rubbish.
❌ “But I’ve always done it” is sadly not an official fire permit.
❌ “I’ve just moved here and I didn’t know” is also the wrong answer.
❌ “She’ll be right” has resulted in WAY too many pager activations lately.
If your neighbours are panicking, smoke is blowing across the road, or the fire is taller than your shed… chances are it’s probably not okay 😅
