Kindness goes far and wide, all across New Zealand 😊
When times get tougher, more people choose kindness.
That’s the lesson we’ve taken from our most recent annual report. In FY 25-26, Good Bi***es Baking welcomed around 30 new volunteers every week, launched two new chapters, and continued to grow a nationwide movement built on generosity, connection and community.
3,575 volunteers donated 118,347 hours to bake and deliver 38,151 boxes of treats to 600 recipient organisations across Aotearoa. Those small acts of kindness touched an estimated 763,020 lives and created more than $3.6 million in social value (in 2023 cost estimations).
Our annual report shares the stories behind the numbers: volunteers rallying around communities after disasters, prison bake programmes building confidence and connection, and thousands of moments of kindness delivered through a simple box of home baking.
